• Deploy DDoS attacks or overload the Next.js/Vercel network servers.
• Submit fraudulent email addresses or duplicate messages through our helpline modules.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract private API configurations from our client bundle.

3. Service Contracts & Engineering Commitments

Any specific engineering milestones, custom code delivery timelines, database setup, or financial budgets are governed by dedicated Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) documents signed offline between SlingVerse and our clients. The technical resources showcased here serve as illustrative portfolios of our engineering capability.

4. Limitation of Operational Liability

While our senior architects make every effort to display correct, up-to-date information, SlingVerse makes no guarantees concerning the absolute completeness or real-time accuracy of secondary blog advice or technical guides. SlingVerse stands entirely immune from any operational or financial damages resulting from direct or indirect reliance on these materials.

5. Governing Juridical Jurisdictions

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws and legal structures of the Republic of India. Any litigation, contractual friction, or legal claims relating to your interaction with this platform will fall under the exclusive juridical authority of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
